Every year, the World Day for Safety and Health at Work reinforces the need to put people first. The 2026 theme, “ensuring a healthy psychosocial working environment for all,” highlights the importance of protecting both physical safety and mental wellbeing.
At Masters Energy Group, safety is embedded across our operations in logistics, oil and gas, LPG bulk supply, and manufacturing. It is driven by hazard identification and risk awareness at the point of work.

Hazard identification means recognising anything that could cause harm before or during work, including faulty equipment, unsafe conditions, human error, environmental risks, as well as fatigue and stress. Early identification reduces incidents and strengthens a proactive safety culture.
Physical Hazards
• Slippery or uneven surfaces
• Unsecured loads during transportation
• Faulty or poorly maintained machinery
• Exposure to fuel, chemicals, or gas leaks
Psychosocial Hazards
• Fatigue or reduced concentration
• High-pressure work environments
• Poor communication
• Stress-related distractions

We invest in regular safety training, continuous education, and clear procedures to ensure risks are identified early. Employees are equipped with reliable, fit-for-purpose tools and protective equipment to carry out their work safely and efficiently.
Our approach also recognises the impact of psychosocial factors on safety. We promote a work environment that supports focus, reduces fatigue, and encourages open communication. We create standards that ensure that all employees return home to their families from work.

Preventive action remains central to our operations. By identifying both physical and psychosocial hazards early, we reduce incidents, protect assets, and safeguard our people.
On this World Day for Safety and Health at Work, we go beyond intention by strengthening hazard identification, investing in the right equipment, and promoting a work culture that actively supports mental focus, wellbeing, and safe performance at every level.
