Vincent holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Oxford Brooks University, England. Prior to this, he had obtained a Higher Diploma from the Institute of Management & Technology, Enugu in 1982. He has over 36 years of working experience.

He worked briefly at Oxford University Press (now UPL), Ibadan for one and half years before joining British Caledonian Airways (now British Airways). At British Airways, he held senior management positions. At various times, he was the manager responsible for Systems, Customer Relations, Sales & Marketing, Executive Club, and Operations. He rose to the position of Area Facilities & Purchasing Manager, West Africa; a post he held until March 2006 when he left to join Masters Energy Oil & Gas Limited.

Vincent is also an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan Africa University. He has attended several senior management courses at IESE Business School in Barcelona Spain, as well as at the Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and is currently the Executive Vice-Chairman Masters Energy Group.


 

Dappa, Patience (Mrs)
Group Managing Director/CEO

Pat Dappa is a highly experienced legal professional with over 30 years of experience. She began her career at Alegeh & Associates, where she focused on property, company law, and litigation. She later worked at T & A Management Consultants and later established Pat Dappa & Associates. In 2005, she was appointed by the Delta State Government to review the state’s laws, exposing her to the Constitutional structure. Patience is a Chartered Arbitrator and a member of the International and Nigerian Bar Associations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Calabar, a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Lagos, and a Master’s Degree in Maritime Law from Metropolitan University. She is an alumnus of several institutions and is currently the Group’s Managing Director/CEO.

 

 

Vice President, Masters Energy Group

Dr. Chukwuemeka Ogah is the Vice President of Masters Energy Group, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight across the Group’s diverse business interests in energy, infrastructure, and finance. With a distinguished career marked by innovation and operational excellence, he plays a pivotal role in driving the Group’s long-term vision of sustainable growth and regional leadership.
 
A scholar and business strategist, Dr. Ogah holds an honorary doctorate, along with degrees in Microbiology, Management Information Systems, and an MBA. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and a certified professional of the International Human Resources Development Corporation (IHRDC).
 
Renowned for his forward-thinking approach, Dr. Ogah combines deep technical knowledge with business acumen to shape strategy, strengthen governance, and foster organizational transformation. He is also a published author and thought leader, passionate about leadership, economic development, and human capital advancement.
 
Beyond the boardroom, he is committed to social impact through education, youth empowerment, and community development. In recognition of his humanitarian efforts, he was appointed a United Nations Peace Ambassador in 2013.
 
Dr. Chukwuemeka Ogah continues to be a driving force in Masters Energy Group’s mission to build a stronger, more inclusive, and globally competitive African enterprise.


Eribo, Felix O. – Executive Director of Operations

Felix, a Nigerian accountant with a Distinction in Accounting from Auchi Polytechnic and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Benin, has over 21 years of experience in both public and private sectors. He has worked with companies like Lucky Osawaru & Co., Nora Industries Group Limited, University of Benin, United Bank for Africa, and All States Trust Bank Plc. Felix joined Masters Energy Group in 2006 and has been the pioneer Head of Audit & Control System and financial controller.




Onu, Ogbonnaya – Executive Director – Strategy

Ogbonnaya, a Nigerian accountant, holds an HND in Accounting from the Institute of

Management and Technology, Enugu, a B.SC in Banking & Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, and an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos

State University. He started his career at Ernst & Young, where he rose to Audit

Senior. He later joined Zenith Bank Plc, where he worked in various areas, including

Business Development and Branch Management. Onu is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He was the Chief Operating Officer of Olive Microfinance Bank Limited before joining Masters Energy Oil & Gas Ltd. as Group Finance Controller.





Ogah, Ngozi Sabina (Mrs.) – Executive Director Finance

Sabina is a seasoned business management specialist with over 15 years of experience in the private sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking &

Finance from Enugu State University of Technology and has studied Accounting and Finance at the Institute of Management & Technology. Sabina has also attended courses at Lagos Business School and Oxford Princeton, London. Before joining Masters Energy, she worked with various organizations, including Julius Berger Plc, Cardinal Point & Travels, Aku Construction Ltd, and Dubsom Cleaning Services Ltd.

Sabina is currently the Director of Finance for Masters Energy Group.


 


Chinyere Usen (Mrs)

Executive Director, Business Development – West Africa

Mrs. Chinyere Usen is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with over two decades of experience spanning law, administration, business development, and strategic management. She currently serves as the Executive Director, Business Development (West Africa) at Masters Energy Group, where she provides leadership in regional expansion, strategic partnerships, and business growth initiatives.

She holds an LL.M and LL.B in Law, as well as a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Lagos, Imo State University, and Abia State University respectively. A graduate of the Nigerian Law School, she is also an alumna of the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, where she earned a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Administration.

Mrs. Usen is a Chartered Secretary and Fellow (FCIS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), a Chartered Arbitrator, and an Associate International Trade and Supply Chain Management Specialist certified by Dunlop-Stone University, Arizona, USA. She is also an alumna of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme and has attended specialized training in Oil and Gas Agreements in London as well as microfinance management at Grameen Bank, Bangladesh.

Since joining Masters Energy Group in 2008, Chinyere has served in several leadership capacities, including Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of Olive Microfinance Bank, Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Alsa Petrochemical Industries, and pioneer Managing Director of Multi Dimensions Chemicals & Allied Products Ltd. She later oversaw Masters Energy Commodities Trading Ltd before her appointment as Executive Director, Legal, and subsequently, Business Development – West Africa.

 

Nwofor, Ugochukwu – Executive Director, Admin/ Corporate Services

Ugo, with over 15 years of experience in Project/Product Management and banking, is responsible for the company’s long-range planning and management. He was the Managing Director of Masters Bureau De Change and has attended management courses and overseas training. Ugo holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Enugu State University and an MBA from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is a member of several professional bodies and an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School.

He is currently the Executive Director of Admin/Corporate Services.

 

 

Barr. (Mrs.) Christabel Iremhinmhen

Company Secretary / Legal Adviser

Barr. (Mrs.) Christabel Iremhinmhen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal advisory. She currently serves as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of Masters Energy Group, where she provides legal oversight, ensures governance excellence, and supports the Board in maintaining transparency and accountability across the Group’s operations.

Christabel holds an LL.B (Second Class Upper) from the University of Benin and a B.L (Second Class Upper) from the Nigerian Law School. She earned her LL.M from the University of Lagos in 2014.
